Shipping, Refund and Return
Most of our products qualify for free shipping. However, there are items that are ineligible for free shipping. The shipping rates are subject to change at any time.
- Regular Shipping
Our regular shipping takes 11 to 19 business days. Our shipping is free for orders above $150. If you don’t receive the item within 14 days, contact us. We will investigate the non-delivery.
- EMS (Express Mail Service)
To get the items even sooner to you, we offer EMS shipping. This takes 6 to 10 business days. The service is free for orders that are more than $250. The service is only available in Australia, United Kingdom and United States.
- Notification of error
Upon the receipt of the ordered items, you must check the contents promptly. If you believe the items delivered are damaged or sent to you in error, contact us immediately.
- Default shipping address
A default shipping address is set in your account settings. You can change the shipping address at Checkout. This enables you to select a different shipping address or to enter a new one in the provided space. Changes made in the shipping address area will not affect the orders that have been placed already.
- Risk of loss
Items purchased from Calmacy are made pursuant to the shipment contract with our carriers. This means the risk of loss and title for the items passes to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier.
- Tracking shipment
You can track your order using the order number on your account on Calmacy. If you do not receive the item within 14 days, contact us for assistance.
Calmacy is governed by Federal regulations that don’t allow us to accept the returns of prescription medications that were filled correctly and shipped as a result of an order that was placed. If you have any question about returning your order, please contact us for assistance.
If you wish to return non-prescription products, please contact us first for assistance. Be prepared to provide us with your order number, reason for the return and whether you prefer a replacement or a refund. We do not accept items that have been used or opened unless they were defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Damaged or defective goods
Calmacy will refund or replace, at our discretion, items that are delivered to you that have are defective or have been damaged. We will do this at no extra cost. Items must always be returned in the same condition you received them.
- Incorrect items ordered
We will issue you with a full refund of the items that have been ordered incorrectly by you if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the items. The items being returned to Calmacy have to be unopened and in their original packaging. Calmacy will not refund postage costs. No refund will be given until we receive the items. If we send you an incorrect product from what you ordered, contact us and send us the products back.
When using our prescription services, we want you to feel 100% confident. This is why we offer a 30-day hassle free refund policy.
If you are not satisfied with a purchase for any reason, contact our customer service representatives at Calmacy within 30 days of delivery. Explain why you are unsatisfied with the product. You will be entitled for a refund for the unused part of the product(s) you ordered from us. If you have not used the medicine, you will be entitled to a full refund.
The refund is processed via the same method of payment that was originally used to pay for the products. If you paid using a credit card, you will receive the refund in your credit card.
For the safety of our clients, no product that is refunded to use is ever resold or restocked. You have to contact us within 30 days of receiving the order so as to qualify for a refund.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days. You should expect to receive a refund in 2 weeks from the time your refund is confirmed. In most cases, however, you will receive the refund much faster. Timing depends on the credit card company or the bank that is processing the refund upon our request. You will get a notification via email of the refund once the refund request has been processed by the billing department.
